VISA-EXEMPT COUNTRIES:

Nationals of the following countries do not need to obtain a visa prior to their arrival in the United Arab Emirates:

United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein

America United States of America
Australasia                Australia, New Zealand
Asia Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong
GCC Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait

 

Passports (which must be valid 6 months) will be stamped with the visit visa as traveller passes through Immigration at any airport in the United Arab Emirates.

GCC RESIDENTS:

GCC expatriate residents who meet certain conditions may obtain a non-renewable 30-day visa upon arrival at the approved ports of entry. Visitors who are businessmen, company managers/representatives, auditors, accountants, doctors, engineers or employees working in the public sector, their family members and drivers and servants sponsored by them are eligible for this visa.
 
TOURIST VISA:
 
This special category of visa is available for individual visitors and tourists who are not entitled to be issued with a visa on arrival. The tourist visa, which must be sponsored by hotels and tour operators, entitles its holder to a 30 day stay and is non-renewable.
